What is net neutrality? Net neutrality is the principle that Internet service providers must treat all data on the Internet the same, and not discriminate or charge differently by user, content, website, platform, application, type of attached equipment, or method of communication. Today Google has released his new app called  Datally. Datally manages real-time data usage. Datally also recommened you to saving data and notify a public  WiFi spots available near you. Releasing in Google Play Store the app is reached to 1000 thousands download within 24 hrs.30 % data save by the user..
