AMD already launched its Ryzen 7 processor. Now Ryzen  second member is here soon in April 11th name Ryzen 5. Ryzen 5 is based Zen Architecture and Am4 Chipset.

Ryzen 5 1600 :-
It has 8 cores, 16 threads,

They compared i5 -7600K and Ryzen 5 1600X  CPU Performance on Cinebench nT in this demonstration AMD can beat Intel by 69% improved performance .
